Private transfer service
Price you pay reserves the vehicle exclusively for you. No one else will be travelling in the vehicle.

 

Door-to-door service

You will be dropped off at the address you provided us in the booking. Our comfortable and spacious minibus service will get your trip off to a great start. No worries about the luggage - sports items included in price.

 

Vehicle type

Our vehicles - 7/8 passenger seat Volkswagen, Renault and Ford minibuses fully equipped with air conditioning, show tyres and chains. 

 

Payment cards accepted 
As means of payment, we accept all well-known credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.). All payments are verified and all payment information is encrypted over a secure connection for maximum security.

 

What to do if you cannot proceed with card payment?
If you face issues with card payment, we encourage you to contact us.

 

Cancellation policy due to Covid-19 Travel Restrictions - due to to national, regional or local government-imposed restrictions, including the closure of borders, or tourist activities being prohibited

  • Cancellations made no later than 17:00 CET the day before the pick-up time, will be refunded in full.

 

Standard cancellation policy

  • Cancellations made at least 20 days before the date of travel, will be refunded in full.
  • Any refund, whether partial or in full, for cancellations made within the 20 day cancellation deadline, will be at our sole discretion.

If you need to cancel within 20-days of travel, we will look at each case on an individual basis and where possible, if we have not incurred an expense, then we will always endeavour to offer you a refund, or a credit to be used for a future booking. We never look to profit from people needing to cancel a booking because we are aware that there are many potential reasons why you may need to cancel and we would always prefer to see you travelling with us again in the future instead. Refunds can take between 7-14 days to be investigated and processed.

Booking confirmation email
Once you have completed the payment, you will now see, that your booking has been successful. At this point you will receive an email booking confirmation from us, which includes all of your transfer information, details of what to do at the airport and any contact numbers you may require. Please check these details carefully.

 

Child seats
We provide child seats (boosters, child seats, baby seats) with no extra costs. 

 

Your pick-up from the airport
Your driver will meet you in airport arrival area and will hold a sign with your "NAME and SURNAME" on it. If you are unable to locate your driver in airport, please contact us and we will locate the driver for you.

Arrival pick-up time - driver will track your flight arrival time (according to your flight number you provided) and wait you in arrivals.

 

Your pick-up from the resort to the airport (return transfer to the airport)

Departure pick-up time - tailored to your flight departure time. For transfers from the resort to the airport, we aim to get you to the airport at least 2 hours before your flight departs. Quote Generator will automatically calculate appropriate pick-up time and provide it in the booking confirmation email. 

 

Choose your pick up time when booking if you prefer.

 

What if my flight is delayed?
All flights are monitored for delays to ensure your driver will be waiting for you when you arrive.

 

SMS notifications
The day before arrival/departue, you will receive SMS message from us, sent to your mobile phone number. SMS message will contain information about your driver and precise pick up time.
